Hi @SCO0789. When you setup your replacement device, your old Ring Protect Plan should automatically transfer over, as well as your old device should automatically be removed from the Ring app. It is normal for your device to have a free 30 trial of the Ring Protect Plan. You can view your Ring Protect Plan status on Ring.com to see if your replacement device is being covered, even after the free trial ends.
