A19 Smart Lightbulb connects but drops offline

I have 2 A19 bulbs in a group. One stays online without issue. The other drops offline after resetting a couple times. But it still will turn on/off within group on schedule and manual even though it still says offline and no way to select on/off on the individual bulb. Any idea what could be wrong?
