406 Not Acceptable - Can’t log in

Hi, currently have an issue with log into my ring app. Won’t allow me to login with my email or other users email. Keeps coming up with ‘406 Not acceptable’ error message.

Can you assist with this?

Hi @GoldieeX. Make sure your Ring app is fully updated, and ensure your phone has a good connection via wifi or mobile data. If you have a VPN on your phone, this will need to be turned off while using the Ring app, as the Ring app isn’t compatible with the use of a VPN.
