I have 2 houses in different states. I’d like to install one in the other house, but I was wondering if I can have 2 accounts tied to the same phone/app. Or do I need another computer/phone to log into the 2nd system? Thanks for your help. I can’t seem to find how I could ask “Ring” directly. Stay safe.

You have different locations when you commission the device on the same app

Hi @JohnnieP! As @ChrisJohn stated, your devices will be separated by location. This means you can certainly house all of your Ring devices on 1 Ring app under 1 account. When viewing the Ring app, there is a location drop down option at the top of the dashboard that will allow you to switch between locations to view the appropriate devices. I hope this helps!
