2 of our 3 plugged in chimes stopped working. I have tried to reconnect both following all steps but after scanning the barcode the blue ring light does not blink as it should to find our wireless network. The network is working because one of the three chimes is working. Need help. Also can Gen 3 chimes work with Gen 1 Ring doorbells?
Hi @gsy971. Sometimes the light on the Chime may “burn out”. You can continue to follow the setup directions as if it were blinking, and it might setup.
