2 Chime Pro at 1 Place.

I have a Chime Pro - old version.

Now Iv’e added a new Chime Pro - latest model .

Also added Doorbell Pro Cam.

On iOS App installation , When needed to set up the new Doorbell Pro Cam , The

2 Chime Pro’s started to “reply” to the new Device.

Didn’t know what to do so Iv’e continue …

Now the Chime Pro - old version is making pulse loud sounds every few seconds.

All my devices are OK except this issue.

How can I stop hear this Chime Pro - old version sounds ?

Hi @Ronen. Can you share a video of the sound that your Chime Pro is making? When attaching this video, you will need to compress the MP4 file into a ZIP file, as ZIP files can be attached to your reply and not MP4s. In addition, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply. Alternatively, if the video is saved in the Event History in your Ring App, you can choose to share it via email and copy the link that is generated. Once I have a better idea of what you’re experiencing, I can offer some suggestions. :slight_smile:
