In September 2022, I received an email from ring stating " On September 2, 2022, we added $2.00 of Protect Credit to your account." I now have been notified that my annual bill is coming due, but RING did NOT give me the credit. Is this typical of RING to lead you on with the credit, but not apply it? I have the original email.
