1st generation chime not working - no light

My 1st generation chime has stopped working. It has no light at all. I have tried plugging it in to different sockets. I have tried resetting it by pressing the button on the side for 30 sec. I have tried restarting my router.
There is a code - P1-73. I have tried to reconnect the wi fi a few times but nothing works. It appears to be completely dead. Can anyone help please?
