10% discount doesn’t work

I have been back and forth with ring… they told me to go ahead and buy them contact back. Communicating takes so long. Now I’m promised a refund of 10% which hasn’t happened and my account is fixed so it’s automatic next time and that hasn’t happened …. Anyone else getting the same issues

Yes, about a month ago I contacted Ring via Twitter with the same issue. they suggested trying different laptop/phone/desktop to see if that worked - it didn’t. Then to clear history in browser, that didn’t work either so in the end they told me to purchase the items I required, then tweet them the order no and they would refund me - which they did.
Rather a long winded way to go about things.
Ive just been back onto their website to buy something else and its still the same so shan’t bother.
