Hi @user_b437ac. You will need to cancel your subscription and resubscribe again for the plan you do want. You will be refunded a prorated amount for what you have not used of your canceled plan. Furthermore, you also want to make sure you download any important videos because once you cancel a plan, all recordings will automatically delete. https://ring.com/support/articles/0p7eu/Cancel-Ring-Subscription-Plan
