Not getting notifications for spot light

My smart lighting is not giving me notifications. I have the toggle on, my wife gets notifications but I don’t. Any ideas?

    Hi @Aeast . I have a few different steps we can try in order to get notifications for your Smart Lighting. First, we'll want to make sure that Motion Alerts is toggled ON for your Light Group. Next, you'll want to clear all the notifications on your mobile device. If those two steps don't allow you to receive notifications for your Smart Lights, we'll have to remove the Ring App, reboot your phone, and reinstall the Ring App. Once the Ring App has been reinstalled, just login and test to see if you're now able to get notifications.
