    Hi @user26517. It usually 7-10 business days for a return to be received, and depending on your bank, another few days for your refund to process. If its been more than 2 weeks, and you have received a refund for your device, you can contact our support team.       Sorry, I was not clear. This was a return of exchanged item. Tech support sent me a warrenty replacement and I returned the bad one. I would like to verify they received it. The tracking number shows delivered but I would think Ring would send a notification of their own.

      Hi @user26517. If the item shows as delivered, then rest assured, we have received it. The only way to verify this would be to contact our support team.
