Ring Intercom will only unlock gate if call answered first
Ring Intercom, latest version. AIPhone GT-1C. Ring cable C9 is connected to intercom R1 Ring cable C10 is connected to intercom R2 After testing the setup through the app flow, it worked through every step. Including the final test where the app unlocked the gate when the intercom rang but did not answer the call. After that was done, the app will ONLY unlock the gate when I answer the call first and talk. If I open the call view and swipe to unlock without first hitting the green phone button and talking, nothing works. Also, if the intercom is ringing and I go to the Intercom settings page in the Ring app the "Unlock Door" button does not work. What's missing? BTW: Auto-Verified Delivery does not show up as a shared access option.
