Ring intercom compatible with existing video intercom?

Hello, I recently bought the ring intercom and managed to connect it to my bticino 300x easily. I bought it primarily to be able to leave my keys at home and now use my phone to enter my building. When someone rings the intercom I also use to remotely speak and potentially unlock the building door. My question is that the bticino I have has a camera and from my intercom I can see who's at the door, but not via the ring app. Presumably this is because the wires that were included with the ring only allow for audio. Does anyone know if one could easily add another wire to connect to video?
