Does anyone know how soon Ring are supposed to get back to me?
Escalated case 2 days ago. Currently have intercom installed but the intercom buzzer is no longer working. It will also only open one of the 2 communal doors, despite the compatibility checker saying it was OK to open 2 doors at once - they are on the same lock. Thinking I might have to bin this as it's very inconvenient to have a broken buzzer - it worked fine before.
