Bticino XXXX - Lift unlock
Hi, I have Ring intercom connected to my building system. All works fine for opening the front entrance and talking but I have no way to allow lift access (button 3). Allowing someone into the front entrance of the building is pretty pointless if they aren't able to get to my floor.Is there a way to enable access to other Bticino buttons from the ring intercom?

Hi, please check your specific handset model by navigating to: https://ring.com/intercom-compatibility-checker/ Generally speaking, the Ring Intercom does not support two-door systems where the doors can not be unlocked at the same time by pressing a button on the handset.
