Alexa can't unlock the door

My intercom phone set : (Urmet 1133/15) set to mode 2 wires(1+n)The intercom of my building does not report any state lock/unlock for the door.If you unlock the door then after a delay, automatically the door is locked, nothing more.In this case :— Ring app indicates the state “ready”.— Alexa indicate the state “unlocked” definitively.Now, ask for Alexa to unlock the door.Alexa answers “door is unlocked”. But it is not the case.I wonder if Alexa seeing the door unlock does nothing when you ask for Alexa to unlock the door.Perhaps Alexa after a delay by itself must change the state to “locked”.
