Video Doorbell (2nd Gen) will not connect with iPhone 15 Pro running latest iOS. No VPNs running, router strength is good, phone near doorbell. Ring doorbell is not showing in Bluetooth devices. What’s next to check?

Hi @user_2a4d2d. Are you trying to set the Ring Doorbell up for the first time, or are you trying to view Live View? Your Ring Doorbell would not show up in Bluetooth devices, as you do not connect to it via Bluetooth. The Doorbell needs to be set up in the Ring app following the steps under Set Up a Device. We have an overview of the setup process here. You will be prompted to join the temporary setup network from the Doorbell during the setup process.
