Sensitivity slider does nothing
HiJust both Video Doorbell Wired, because older one broke down. But now i have this problem with motion alerts. I get them every 10 seconds if some one is Infront of the door. I have moved the sensitivity sensor all the way to the left. But unfortunately that doen't do anything. Still the same. On the other ring doorbell it worked fine. What can be wrong?

My point is that the slider does not work. The older doorbell the sensor worked, meaning i could adjust how often o would get notification. But with the new one it always 10 a second no matter what. Meaning of a stand ifrån of my doorbell it would generate notification every 10 seconds?? Whats wrong here?

Hi @user_fe058b. It sounds like you're referring to the Motion Frequency setting, which is only available on battery powered doorbells. This setting exists to help reduce the amount of motions being detected in an effort to preserve battery life. Since the Video Doorbell Wired is hardwired for continuous power, there is no Motion Frequency option. If you're receiving a lot of alerts throughout the day, you can adjust the Motion Zones or use Smart Alerts to cut down. Motion Snooze is also an option to temporarily silence motion alerts for a set amount of time.

Hi @user_fe058b. Decreasing your Motion Sensitivity was a good step to take. Have you also tried using Smart Alerts?
