Ring Pro setup fails but my Amazon Echo works perfectly getting Ring messages.

I recieved a Ring Pro from Ring.com but after several cutomer contacts leading me through setup, it does not connect to the my Wifi. I observed that setup goes according to your script except for the bit where I should enter the Wifi password. I am reminded to have my Wifi password ready but the setup never asks for my Wifi password. I suggested that the seup software gets my old Wifi password from somewhere (Autofill?). I have been offered a new Chime Pro (second one) but decided to utilise an old Amazon Echo. It joined my 'Ring' wifi and has been working perfectly. I have a 100% discount code for a new Chime Pro, but will not be using it. It could be the problem lies with the Ring App and not the Chime Pro!!

    Hi @user_f04e82. Are you receiving a specific error message in the Ring app when the setup fails? Do you notice any light pattern on the Ring Doorbell itself? These details can give us more information on why the setup is failing. If you had previously set this Doorbell up with a different wifi network, the issue could also be that the old network information is being autofilled.
