I have had a Ring doorbell for many years and the app has worked well with it. I recently installed Ring video security light and this seems to have deleted the old settings on the app so my doorbell and my existing subscription don’t show up. How do I fix this?

Hi @user_370c66. You might have accidentally set up two locations rather than setting up the new Camera in the location you already had. To verify this, on the main dashboard of the Ring app, tap on the location name on the top center of the page and let me know if you see two identical locations.
