There is a 2min delay after an event happening before the doorbell rings or the alert sounds on my mobile.

Hi @user_6248e4. Delayed notifications can be due to a weak wifi connection. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page in the Ring app? This will give us an indication of how strong the connection is. Additionally, are you using wifi or mobile data on your phone? The connection on your phone also impacts how efficiently notifications are delivered.
