Ring Wired automatically answering events, missing notifications (iPhone, Alexa, etc.)

My Ring Wired seems to automatically respond to every ring or motion event. When I check the Event History, I only see Answered Ring and Answered Motion, but not a single Missed Ring, even though I rarely answer a ring. I usually just get the alert and then open the door.The problem is that notifications on my iPhone/Apple Watch and even Chrome browser don't alert me properly. It's as if someone is quickly answering the events, but I’m not doing it.This issue has caused me to miss important deliveries.When I check the Event History, I see couriers ringing the doorbell and leaving because I didn’t open the door—simply because I wasn’t notified!This is very frustrating.I also have the Ring connected to Alexa (Echo Dot + Echo Show).I suspect that a setting or compatibility issue might be causing this.Sometimes I hear alerts on Alexa, my iPhone, or Apple Watch, but other times I don’t hear or see any notifications. These events then appear in my Event History as Answered Ring or Answered Motion.Has anyone experienced this?Does anyone have any input or advice on how to resolve this?Thank you in advance!Kind regards!
