Ring chime keeps going offline
Over the last week my ring chime has been going offline at least once every day, usually at night. I am having so many problems trying to connect it again, my WiFi hasn’t changed and the router is in the same place it always has been, and the chime is plugged in to the place where I’ve always had it. I just cannot seem to reconnect it today.

Hi @user_0dc555 @user_8eb5bb. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page for your Chime? Approximately how far is the Chime from your router? When you try to reconnect the Chime, is there a specific error message you see in the Ring app?
