Poor picture quality

Question

After the dreadful rain in Manchester my ring doorbell is not showing hood picture quality. I’m not there at the moment to check this. Any ideas please?

Hi @user_208fe8. This looks like there is water on the Ring Doorbell lens. Unfortunately you can't do anything about that remotely. Once you're physically with the doorbell, I'd recommend wiping off the lens with a clean microfiber cloth.
