only recording videos at 10 second clips

Not a new device, but after the last update, the video only records at 10-second clips. There isn't even an option for a 10-second video. I have changed it to 30, 60 even 120, but it still only does 10-second recordings. I have a current subscription, good wifi, and hardwired.
