  Hi @user41983. If you are not able to do a Live View while on mobile data, try testing it to see if you are able to do so on wifi. If you can use Live View on wifi but not on mobile data, then it is most likely due to your mobile data or a weak mobile data signal. You can try these steps first: Make sure your Ring app and smart phone are up-to-date with the latest updates available. I would also recommend rebooting your phone to see if that helps. Lastly, verify your Ring device's [signal strength, also known as RSSI, is at a good level](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229). If you have tried these steps and are still having the same issue with Live View on mobile data, then you will want to reach out to your cell carrier for further assistance.
