New Ring 2.

Question

I have charged the new ring 2 doorbell for 8 hours and light is out. I unplug plug it back in it flashes 15 times then goes out. When I press the button nothing happens.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi @user_a041b6. Have you set the Ring Doorbell up in the Ring app yet, or is this going to be the first time set up? If you try to walk through the setup process in the Ring app, what happens?
