My door bell only has small part of the screen showing

Hi my bell only shows top part of the screen - it’s like there is a black curtain over the rest of it . I’ve tried resetting and looking to see if it’s anything on the settings . It’s like there is a shutter 3/4 shut over the screen. All I see is the sky ! So it’s working in the top part of the screen.
