Motion Detection not working

Recently the Motion Detection on my Ring Wired doorbell (the small black one) has stopped working. The camera and my Chime Bell work fine. Motion detection works when the doorbell is pressed. Wi-fi is good. I have cleaned the exterior and tried waving my hand in front of it as well as disconnecting and re-connecting but no change. Has any body else had this issue and been able to resolve it? Any help appreciated.

Hi @user_5bfb90. Have you reviewed your motion settings at all? Motion detection issues can usually be resolved by adjusting your motion settings. Check that your Motion Zones cover the areas you want to be notified about motion in, and increase the Motion Sensitivity. If you have Modes configured for your Doorbell, make sure motion detection isn't turned off in a particular Mode.
