Missed motion
Hi, I noticed my camera missed motion. Sometimes every when people are right infront of it, it won't capture. My motion settings are already on max.

Hi @user_1567cc. There are several factors that can impact motion detection. To start, can you please clarify which model of Ring Doorbell or Security Camera you have? You can find the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, which Ring Home plan do you have, if any?
