Impossible to contact Ring UK

It is inpossible to get through on live chat- does anyone know how? And their UK telephone number never works! It just doesnt ring! Also they are claiming my payment hasnt gone through but it has been taken out of my nank account yet they are going to cancel my service in 24 hours! So ive literally paid £5, they are pretending i havent even though i have and are threatening to cut it off in 24 hours! My card details are correct (well it wouldnt have gone through if hadnt been!) so i dont know what they are playing at!
