Doorbell Smart Responses AKA Quick Replies

The smart responses on both my doorbells (PRO 2 and battery plus) have stopped working and are not being played when the doorbell is pressed. The fact it’s not working on both immediately suggests to me that it is an issue on Rings side and not mine and it has been escalated by the NSE team when I have contacted Ring. Was just wondering if anyone else was having the same issue with their doorbells. I am in the UK
