Doorbell 2 with solar not trickle charging

I recently added a solar panel for my Doorbell 2, but unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be charging the doorbell. I’ve ensured there is ample sunlight on the panel throughout the day. From what I’ve read in other discussions, there should be a battery symbol with a lightning indicator if the doorbell is charging from the panel. However, I don’t see that symbol on my device.Additionally, the device health screen suggests, “Add a Ring solar charger to extend battery life,” even though the solar panel is already installed. I’ve tried removing the entire setup, cleaning all the connectors, and reassembling everything, but nothing seems to help.I am starting this new message thread to see if there are any recent updates or solutions for this issue. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? I attempted to call customer care, but I was on hold for 30 minutes without any resolution.Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated!
