  Hi @user_57b26e. Which model of Ring Doorbell do you have? You can locate the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. I'm happy to point you in the right direction once I know which Doorbell model you have.

  Hi, it is the 3 generation ring camera. WiFi signal strength good. Payment taken by ring. Tried many times to get the video working but it tells me yhat I have not connected up yo a basic account.
