Bubbling Film Over Doorbell Lens

Hi, I’ve had a doorbell less than a year now where there’s a film over the lens that is bubbling, causing poor image quality. It has been like this since I got the football but is getting worse. It is especially bad in high light situations where it looks like a load of blurred dots on the camera view. Is there any solution to this? Thanks.
