Wired doorbell issues

I have a ring account and 2 locations set up. The second location was working fine until recently. I suddenly cannot see the camera at the second location in the app So I tried to set it up again, scanning the QR code on the camera during set up tells me the camera is registered to another user (yeah, that would be me) but I cannot see it in the ring app!! There is no way I can get it to work because I cant see it to remove from the app, if anyone has any ideas as to what is wrong I would be very grateful.
