Good night, I hope someone can help me. I noticed a while back that there had been some changes to my video out on my ring doorbell. When it was first installed, our visuals were always in colour. But now, it only shows up in black and white. Is there a particular setting that I need to reactivate in order for me to be able to view the videos in colour again? If so, I would like to know what I have to do. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated in the matter. Thank you in advance. Best regards.

    Hi there, @Bethels! Your Video Doorbell should provide a color image during the day, by default. As long as the Doorbell is not mounted in a dark place or an enclosed area, the lens should always adjust to color unless it is night time. Try shining a flashlight on the lens area to see if your video will adjust to color. If your Video Doorbell videos are always in black and white, please reset your Doorbell by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Once this step is complete, please reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this [help center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network), then test out video.
