Trying to download clips from ring to iphone

Hi trying to download a clip from ring to iphone it shows 100% downloading then sats error ring has no access to photos. I click on link and everything in photos is checked on what is the issue

Hi @user10747. For this, you may have to go into the settings on your iPhone and make sure that the Ring app has permission for your photos. That should allow you to download them.
