Ring Pro No Longer Working

I have a ring pro installed on the front of my house, and it recently stopped working. It's been installed for at least a year. I'm thinking it may be weather related as it stopped working after a severe storm in the area. Are the ring doorbells weatherproof/resistant? It is on the south side of the house, so in direct sunlight with no cover above it. I did seal with caulk, but wondering if that wasn't enough. Thanks!

Hey @Alan99 ! Our outdoor model devices are certainly rated for weather resistance. That being said, a device being exposed to extreme or continuous weather conditions can be effected. If the device is not operating at all, I recommend reaching out to our support team, at 800-656-1918, for further troubleshooting.
