Ring Doorbell

Trying to remove the doorbell for charging but the security screws turn without coming out. Any ideas on how to remove the security screws. Yes, I am using the 'screw driver' that came with the device.

Hi there, @Nick-1! The best method for removing a stuck or stripped screw is using needle nose pliers. This way you can grab and turn the screw while also pulling outwards. Alternatively, a rubber band can be used to grab the screw and grip to turn and pull.
