Ring Doorbell Pro - Activating Chime Intermittently

Hi, Ring Doorbell Pro Wired, 3 years old. Chime now only activates intermittently. Have reset Chime and still problem persists. The button on the doorbell appears to be perishing. Having paid £229 I don’t feel this offers good value. Do Ring offer any discount on replacements in events like this? Having now entered the Ring eco system I’m now a little tied in! Thanks.
