RING Doorbell not working on mobile data

Hi all, looking for a little help. My Ring doorbell works perfectly fine on WiFi, sending notifications to my phone etc but will not do so while I am connected to mobile data only. When on data I received no alerts of any kind, including doorbell presses or motion notifications. I've changed every single thing on my phone that could block it, gave it access and even re-installed the app but it simply won't send notifications to my phone. Has anyone else experienced this? I've searched in vain to try and find an answer to the issue. For the record, the notifications/alerts do work on my partners iPhone. I am on an One Plus 7 Pro. Any help would be appreciated!
