Ring doorbell doesn't ring in Echo Show

    Try removing the Alexa skill and then add it back.

      Make sure that your Ring account is the same as your Amazon account. Email and password. I searched the internet and that seems to be what causes this issue.

      Hi Eagle328 They are same (email and password) in Alexa APP and Ring App. I uninstalled both app and reinstalled but I can't fixed this problem.
