Ring Chime - Light Turns green right after plugging in then turns off immediately
troubleshooting
I’ve had my ring chime for a few years now and it just stopped working. When I plug it in the indicator light turns green and then turns off right away. I’ve tried the chime reset, wifi reset, all the things through the ring app. Nothing seems to work. Any tips?! TIA!

Hi @user_d1321f. When resetting the Chime, make sure you're holding down the button on the side for 15 seconds. After that, attempt a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. I'd also recommend trying a different outlet. If the Chime is still unresponsive, please follow up with our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
