PC & phone settings differ

Hi a neighbours car was stolen about 2.30 this morning. I can scroll back from live view on my phone and iPad and see car being nicked, can’t find a way of doing this on computer, any ideas Thanks

Hi @Brent106. First, login to Ring.com. Once logged in, select the Ring device you are trying to view the history of. After it's selected, the Event History for that device will appear on the left. Additionally, you can always save the video by following the steps outlined in this Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001834066-Sharing-and-Downloading-Your-Ring-Videos#:~:text=Log%20into%20your%20web%20account,automatically%20download%20to%20your%20computer.).
