Hello, I'm new here, I just need some help with the notifications from my ring doorbell. I have all the notifications on but when someone is ringing at my door I don't get any notifications. Can someone help me with this please please?

[Getting notifications for your Video Doorbell](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210052646-Getting-Notifications-for-Ring-Doorbells-and-Security-Cameras) is often an easy switch of the alerts toggles in your Ring app. Sometimes, however, it can require Ring app permissions to notify your mobile device. In the Ring app, visit your Video Doorbell and ensure both Motion and Ring alerts are toggled on, as well as double check that you have [App Alert Tones](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889863-How-to-Use-Ring-App-Alert-Tones) set. Please also ensure there is no VPN enabled on the mobile device, and that there are no [Android apps installed that conflict with the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005889983-Android-Apps-that-Conflict-with-the-Ring-App).
