I'm using my front door video ring (I only have this one camera) to monitor conditions during hurricane Ian. But the video freezes and I have to re-connect it seems every 15 mins or so? Any ideas?
Hi @Rayj00. Sometimes internet connections can be adversely affected by severe weather, such as a hurricane. You can also check the RSSI of the doorbell, which can be found in the Ring app under the Device Health section. If you have a [low RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), you may need to add a [Chime Pro](https://ring.com/products/chime-pro-gen2/white?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=7715931984&utm_term=8AC1PZ-0EN0&utm_content=84340393674&gclid=CjwKCAjwhNWZBhB_EiwAPzlhNo6zM_6hSZbzEdlR9HDn8kKslgepdEhksaHgQK_29BCGvfaAxiXZlRoC8PUQAvD_BwE&gclid=CjwKCAjwhNWZBhB_EiwAPzlhNo6zM_6hSZbzEdlR9HDn8kKslgepdEhksaHgQK_29BCGvfaAxiXZlRoC8PUQAvD_BwE) or WiFi extender to your setup to improve the connection. I hope this helps!
