I pay the monthly subscription for my ring to save videos and detect motion. Unfortunately, I can sit in front of my camera jumping up and down repeatedly and still get no motion notification or any type sign that anyone was at my door/ in front of the camera. Why? It’s literally not picking up any motion! I have reseted, changed my sensitivity, updated notifications, tested my wifi, everything that has been listed to do but still nothing. Any tips before I trash this camera?
