Hardwire - Not Charging - Tried Troubleshooting

Despite the doorbell still showing as hardwired in the app, the battery continues to drain and does not recharge. I’ve taken the following troubleshooting steps in an effort to resolve the issue: - Rotated through three different batteries - Replaced the wiring - Installed a new transformer - Changed the indoor doorbell chime (and also tried bypassing it) Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the problem. At this point, I’d appreciate any further guidance or next steps Ring can provide. Thank you for your support.
